What are your minimum volume requirements?

We offer flexible pilots starting at just 10kg per pickup to test the service. After the trial week, we move to tiered pricing: Basic tier (10-50kg/week), Professional tier (51-150kg/week), and Enterprise tier (150kg+/week). Each tier includes different SLA commitments and pricing advantages. For seasonal businesses, we can adjust tiers quarterly based on your occupancy patterns.

We offer fixed 2-hour delivery windows (e.g., 9-11am, 2-4pm, 5-7pm) that you select during onboarding. Our 98% on-time performance means your linen arrives when expected. Each window includes a 30-minute buffer for traffic. You receive SMS updates 1 hour before pickup and delivery. For Airbnb hosts, we can sync windows with your check-in/checkout times. Emergency requests outside scheduled windows incur a 50% surcharge.

We have a documented reject protocol: (1) Flag the issue immediately via photo on our app or to your account manager. (2) We collect the rejected batch within 4 hours for retreatment. (3) Fresh replacement linen delivered same-day or your account is credited for that batch. (4) Root cause analysis shared within 48 hours. Persistent stains on white linen are treated up to 3 times; if unsuccessful, we recommend linen replacement (not our responsibility but we can source at cost). All quality issues are tracked and reviewed monthly.

Limited weekend support is available with advance scheduling (minimum 48 hours notice). Saturday service is available in most zones with a 30% surcharge. Sunday service is restricted to emergency requests only with a 50% surcharge. For properties with high weekend turnover (Airbnb, homestays), we recommend scheduling extra capacity on Friday to cover weekend needs. Regular clients can purchase weekend slots as monthly add-ons for predictable pricing.

Limited on-site support is available in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. This includes steaming assistance and emergency crease fixes. Contact us for availability and pricing.

Monthly billing cycles with GST-compliant invoices issued by the 5th of each month. Payment terms are Net 15 (due within 15 days of invoice date). We accept bank transfer, UPI, or cheque. Volume is tracked by weight (per kg) or piece count (per item) based on your preference. Invoices include detailed line items: base service charges, any surcharges (rush, weekend, emergency), add-on services, and credits for rejects. Annual contracts receive 10% discount and quarterly advance payment receives an additional 5% discount.
