Terms and Conditions

Taxes will be charged extra as applicable.
Minimum laundry service of INR 1500/- is required to avail free home collection and delivery. For orders below INR 1500/- delivery charges will be applicable depending upon the area of delivery.
Hangers will be charged INR 12/- extra.
Payment will be payable immediately after the invoice is received by the customer.
Standard delivery would be done within 3-4 business days after the items have been collected.
Express delivery would be done within 48 hours after the items have been collected. An additional 100% over the standard price will be charged for the Express Delivery.
Standalone Ironing services are available upon request.
Phoenix Laundry does not guarantee stain removal but to process all items as per industry standard and not responsible for any discoloration, shrinkage or damage caused due to excessive wear and tear and poor quality of garment, except in the case of any deliberate act or gross negligence on the part of Phoenix Laundry
Phoenix Laundry will only accept liability for any loss or damages resulting from the laundry or dry cleaning process within Phoenix Laundry, and, would pay a maximum of 10 times the service charge of the concerned item only after an approval from the Laundry Manager.
All claims must be made within 48 hours after the items have been received by the customer and must be accompanied by the original laundry bill. No complaints will be accepted after 48 hours of the clothes being delivered.
Storage charges will be applicable after 15 days of the delivery date, and these charges will be computed at 30% of bill amount per month.
Customers are requested to examine their garments before sending to the Phoenix Laundry as we will not be responsible for any loss of valuable items left in the pockets.
All legal matters will be settled under Mumbai jurisdiction only.
Phoenix Laundry believes in love and service to all. However, we reserve the right to refuse rendering services to anybody.
