We test the garment before processing it; if it bleeds, we don’t process it as the chances of it getting wear and tear are more and can also damage the other garments in process.

If your garments get damaged, you will receive 10 times the cleaning charge for the garment as per the Policy of the Company (in the form of service).

Also, you may take High-Value Garment Insurance for Garments valued at min. INR 5,000 for a 10% cleaning charge (INR 500).
