Billing FAQ

At anytime during the membership inform us of your desire to switch plans. From the next billing cycle we will switch you over to the new plan  

All plans once purchased are non-refundable. However we can extend the validity of your existing plan so you can avail the benefits at your pace.   

Payment can be made via our online shop system. After you have filled out the application form and selected the membership type, you press “Pay” to submit the application.Phoenix Laundry currently offers three payment options: bank transfer, PayPal or credit card.
