Phoenix Laundry · Rising Group Navi Mumbai + Alibag Full-time leadership

A seat at the table of a business being built to become India's most trusted, tech-enabled, values-driven laundry brand.

We're hiring a COO / Integrator. This is not a job. If you need a clean org chart and a defined lane, this is not the role. If you want to build something that matters — read on.

An honest note

We are a business that is honest about where we are. We have seven years of operating reality, real customers, real revenue, and real losses. We are not pretending to be further along than we are. We are looking for someone who wants to build, not someone who wants to manage what already exists.

Phoenix has the vision. We need the Integrator.

Phoenix Laundry has been operating for over seven years. We have a central processing plant in Alibag, retail and collection points in Navi Mumbai, B2B clients across Mumbai, Thane, and Alibag, and a growing pipeline of hotels, facility management companies, and corporate accounts.

We have a clear vision, a structured operating system (The Rising Way), a defined brand, a premium service model, and a committed team. What we have been missing is the person in the middle — the one who connects the vision to the execution, the team to the accountability, and the current reality to the future we are building. That person is the Integrator.

The Founder is a Visionary. Visionaries see the future clearly. They are not always the best person to run the weekly meeting, track the scorecard, hold people to deadlines, and make the daily decisions that turn intention into reality. That is the Integrator's job. We need both. We currently only have one.

Eight workstreams. One seat.

The COO owns all of these. Not by approving them — by building them, running them, and being accountable for the outcomes.

01

Operating Rhythm

Run The Rising Way in full — our EOS-based operating system. Weekly cadence, quarterly priorities, structured accountability.

02

B2B Growth Engine

Build the engine that takes Phoenix from where we are to where we're going. ICP, pipeline, proposals, closing. Real revenue, measured.

03

School of Caring

Build Phoenix's training and values system. The backbone of how we scale without losing what makes us Phoenix.

04

People & Seats

Right people, right seats. Lead key hires. Build the team development rhythm. Address values misalignment early.

05

Operations Readiness

Make Phoenix franchise-ready. Plant decisions. Tech rollouts. Strategic tie-ups. Operational contingency.

06

Operational Excellence

Phoenix has a world-class Operational Excellence Manual. Make every part of the business live up to it. Drive toward industry certification.

07

Brand & Market Position

A public face of Phoenix. Industry events. Thought leadership in premium garment care. Build the B2B community.

08

Market & Financial Discipline

Structured market view. Unit economics clarity. Financial modelling. The data foundation that every major decision needs.

Not a profile. A pattern.

We have seen plenty of polished CVs. We are looking for evidence — of how you think, how you decide, how you lead, and how you finish.

— operator

You have built before

Years of operations or program leadership. You've owned a P&L, scaled a service business, or built systems in a startup that was still being figured out. You know what good looks like because you've delivered it.

— discipline

You live in cadence

EOS, OKR, weekly L10s — whatever the label, you've run the operating rhythm of a business and held leadership accountable to it. You're comfortable being measured weekly.

— commercial

You can sell & close

B2B exposure: ICP definition, pipeline building, proposals, closing. You don't need to be the head of sales — but you need to know how to run the engine until we have one.

— values

You lead with care

Butler Service. Yes I Can. Simplify. These aren't slogans. They're how we hire, how we promote, and how we let people go. If you've led people without these instincts, this role will be hard.

— system

You build, not heroics

You document, teach, and improve. You remove friction from every system you touch. You don't want a business where things only work because you're in the room.

— builder

You don't need perfect

You're comfortable in a company that is still being built. You don't need a perfect system to start. You build the system while running the business.

Evidence-based. Five stages.

We are not testing vocabulary. We are looking for someone who has done this before and can do it here. Each stage is designed to surface real signal — from both sides.
